Im diggin this app completely. After the first attempt I woke up the next morning and couldnt figure out why my mind wouldnt let me pick up my smokes. It was as if some strange forcefield was around the cig pack. Unfortunately, I fought the urge to not pick it up, and continued. Dont give up though! This app really helps me. Ive cut down to 12 cigs a day instead of a pak and a half.i got this far and Im pretty stubborn. Need to complete the sessions for a full 3 weeks to know for sure.
Update, Ive coupled this with nicoderm cq. I was successful for 2 weeks, then caved. Im jumping back into it tomorrow morning.
